How can I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled only before the shipping has started. Once you receive the shipping message the order can’t be cancelled now.
How do I create a return request?
Return can be initiated only if there is a product damages or wrong product sent. (unboxing video without pauses / alteration is mandatory to fulfil return request)

Why has my return request been declined?
This happens in cases like, if the item you returned has been used, or the product is damaged or the original tags are missing. In these situations, the return request is cancelled and the customer is no more liable for refund and we take no liability in this regard. PrimeChoice decision is final based on evidences shared.
How will I get back my refund amount?
The refund amount of your shopping is credited into your provided bank account. The refund amount by us is never paid as cash in hand.
How will be my order delivered?
The order placed is delivered by our logistics department at the address mentioned by the customer along with the pin code.
Is there any offline store available to shop?
We are online only store and all orders will be shipped through courier service. If you are in same location, please reach us through whatsapp support to plan pick up service
