"ToyArtsy" online store accepts exhanges or refund if there are any damages happened during transit. However, unboxing videos without any pause, proper proof of damanges and unused condition to claim any such damages.
The option of return and refund will be de decided by ToyArtsy. Returns and refunds may be issued without expecting a return of toys, the decision will be taken only by ToyArtsy.
If returns and refund decided by both ends products must be shipped within 3 days after the fulfillment at the customer end and the proof of shipment must be submitted within 3 days of shipment.
